Our Programs
Urban Solutions serves 4,000 clients per year
for health treatment and education & prevention
programs through:
- Family Planning Services to women
and teens - funded by the U.S.Department
of Health & Human Services.
- Healthy Women Plus provides cancer
screenings and prevention - funded by
the Family Planning Council.
- HIV Education, Prevention and
Outreach - funded by the Center for
Disease Control through the City of
Philadelphia, The Department of Health,
and the AIDS Activities Coordinating
Office.
- Primary Care HIV Services - Integrated primary care services for the HIV positive individual.
- Community Medical Education &
Outreach - Through strategic community
partnerships, Urban Solutions makes
its services available to satellite
locations throughout Philadelphia.
We link to ongoing community programs,
public events and health fairs, supported
by our pharmaceutical partners.
- Community Education Programming - Sponsors special events to promote
medical education and awareness
throughout the year including Teen
Talk, The Senior Prom, and Drama
Workshops.
