Welcome to this new feature on our web site. Each month Christine Sweeney, the Nurse Practitioner who coordinates our Just 4 U Teen Clinic will host a discussion group with our favorite patients, age 18 and under. She will address their frequently asked questions, and feature guest commentators, including our teen clinic members and counselors.
Our Just 4 U Teen Clinic....provides daily after school walk-in services for local teens who seek counseling or treatment for Family Planning Services.
Children are the Future....Parents from all over the city brings their children to our pediatric practice because of its excellent reputation. From infancy to age 18, we establish life long relationships with children and their families.

LEADERSHIP
Yvonne S. Jones, RN, BSN; CEO and Practice Administrator
Yvonne Jones, Founder, CEO and Practice Administrator of Urban Solutions brings with her leadership over 30 years of nursing experience, which includes over 15 years in a hospital setting. Her vision for the organization grew out of her daily confrontation with the unfunded needs for compassion, medical care and health education faced by low income communities and her desire to confront these barriers. Her knowledge of this population was gained in urban hospitals and community medical centers as a front-line nursing administrator with Health Associates of South Philadelphia and The Lomax Health System. Both were deeply rooted in South Philadelphia and served low-income, predominantly African American, addicted, homeless and ex-offender populations along with the general public. Through Urban Solutions, she combined her community commitment with her clinical nursing experience in major Philadelphia hospitals including: Temple University Health Systems, Methodist Hospital, The Pennsylvania Hospital, Graduate Hospital and Mount Sinai. She started as an LPN in 1976, and worked as an RN for over 15 years, completing clinical rotations in psychiatry, obstetrics-gynecology, neurosurgery, intensive care, cardiac critical care and general medicine. She received her BSN from Temple University in 1984.
